PAKSMART® PC40 Carton Machine

The PAKSMART® PC40 suits low to moderate production rates. It is an intermittent motion, horizontal, end load carton machine (cartoner) capable of speeds at up to 40 cartons per minute.

PAKSMART® PC40HL Hand Load Carton Machine

The PC40 is available in both automatic load and hand load models.

The PC40 is very user-friendly, this is particularly important in the PC40HL (hand load) variant.  Where once hand load Cartoners required a high level of operator assistance, PAKSMART®  have reduced the operators function to one action only, loading of product.  The PC40HL does the rest automatically.

The automatic PC40AL version is suitable for higher levels of automation. It removes the need for an operator who can instead take a monitoring role for several machines.

The horizontal pneumatic load ram has an actuated pusher to lift clear of product during the rams return. This achieves maximum cycle speed with the gentlest load speed.

The infeed is intermittent motion and easily lends itself to a range of our economical PAKSMART® product collation and transfer systems.
