The PAKSMART® PC range takes an end load/skillet carton, opens it, loads the product, and closes the carton with either glue or tuck.

Our PC range of horizontal end load carton machines all use a simple one-action-at-a-time process to boost performance and reduce machine complexity.

The current models in our Carton Machine range all benefit from new hardware and software developed by PAKSMART®.
They have more features than ever before. Of course all the standard features have been retained ensuring a low maintenance, long running machine with the aid of smooth starts and stops you would expect from servo drives.

The multi-axis Servo Drives are used as positioning systems which stop precisely for each machine cycle – time after time. Servo drives reduce mechanical linkages resulting in less wear and maintenance requirements. The servo drives also control all machine functions for improved reliability and performance.

At PAKSMART® we take pride in our high quality manufacturing standards. Similar materials and features are shared across the PC range using stainless steel, aluminium and engineering grade plastic components. All running surfaces are stainless steel, hard TFTE anodised aluminium or food grade plastics.

Trusted brand components are used throughout to ensure fast reliable low cost spares worldwide.

We also have a strong focus on user friendliness. Size changes are through simple or fully automatic adjustments. Debris fallthrough designs make cleaning much easier and well suited to the food industry. Large access panels further enhance the ease in maintenance of the PC range. All machines are on castors with levelling jacks for easy positioning.
