An economical alternative for most moderate volume cartoned products.
This Australian made cartoner is unique in that it uses servo link technology reducing the number of drive trains, over all wear, machine weight and associated backlash problems.
A venturi vacuum system is coupled to the rotary pick and place carton erector. This combination gives smooth, quick and efficient operation while maximising size range capabilities.
A generous 1.2m hand load area for one to two operators can be fitted with an optional delivery conveyor or extended load area as required. Other options include date coders, card/leaflet inserter and extended size ranges.
